Diamond Grind - DFG250
The DFG250 standard is available in 3phase electric or petrol engine and is ideally suited for the grinding of most types of concrete floors. The machine has a dust extraction port for dust free operation when used in conjunction with the SPE vacuums. The rear wheels are mounted on a pivoting axle which allows the weight and balance of the machine to be altered according to the job specification and requirements. To aid operator comfort the handle bars are mounted on rubber vibration damped clamps. The machine also has a facility for the application of water at the head when wet grinding is required.

Shot Blaster - 12E
Mainly used for the preparation of concrete floors but equally effective on steel surfaces. The machine is electrically driven with forward and reverse drive being infinitely variable. The dust collection unit as with larger machines has continuous reverse air jet filtration cleaning. Recognised in the industry as the modern fast versatile environmental dust free means to dry abrasive cleaning and texturing of horizontal or slightly inclined surfaces. This eliminates mess normally associated with hand blasting. Leaves an ideal surface for coatings and overlays to be applied. Abrasive and debris is contained to prevent hazardous working and environmental pollution.

MIx it - 25
The Mixit 25 has been developed to mix promptly and effectively quantities of a wide range of materials including epoxy screed, repair mortars, cement adhesives, polyester resins, liquid plastics, bituminous sealants, paints and powders. An optional paddle is available to increase the agitation by forcing material through its perforations. The machine is both robust and portable offering the user high output and single handed operation.
|
|
MIx it - 60
The Mixit 60 forced action pan mixer has been developed specifically for heavy duty industrial applications. The mixing pan is driven through a gearbox by either diesel, petrol or electric motor. As the mixing head is lowered the machine automatically starts and stops when the head is raised. A steel grill panel allows bagged material to be introduced throughout the process. Once mixing is complete the mix can easily be emptied using the tipping device.

MS - 600
The latest addition to the Multistripper range is the MS600 ride-on stripping machine which is operated by a propane powered engine driving a tandem hydrostatic pump system creating a (skidsteer) zero turn radius drive train. Surface coverings are removed by lowering a weighted blade onto the surface and moving forward under a high torque drive system. The surface covering is removed by a flexible, sharpened blade conforming to the floor surface with the weight of the machine holding the blade firmly to the floor. The weight does not allow the blade to lift or ride over well adhered surface coverings. The machine can get into even the smallest rooms and elevators and at only 901lb may well be the lightest ride-on machine on the market today.

D16 - Auto-blaster
The Roadabrator D12 and D16 are ride on Autoblast machines which have been designed specifically for specialist type works such as multi-storey car parks, roads, bridge decks and airport runways.
Self propelled and infinitely variable in all operations. The diesel powered unit requires no other forms of power or air supply being a totally self contained one person operation, making it ideal for the larger contracts. Mainly used for the preparation of concrete but equally effective of steel surfaces. The D12 and D16 like the standard range of Autoblast machines can have the seal system feature fitted which can vary the blast cleaning width from 2" up to its maximum of 12" or 16" respectively, this makes it ideal for removing road markings. Recognised in industry as the modern fast versatile environmental dust free means to dry abrasive cleaning and texturing of horizontal or slightly inclined surfaces. This eliminates mess normally associated with hand blasting. Leaves an ideal surface for coatings and overlays to be applied. Abrasive and debris is contained to prevent hazardous working and environmental pollution.
