Trelawny MHS11 Floor Scabbler, designed in association with senior construction engineers, removes laitance without damaging the substrate. This prevents the ingress of water which freezes and causes cracking of the substrate. Optional cruciform heads are available for material reduction and removal.

Multi-head Steel Deck Scabbler

Trelawny's Scaleforce Eleven is ideally suited for thick coating removal and surface preparation on large areas of deck and tank floor cleaning, complimenting the Trelawny hand held Scaling Hammer range. Eleven heads impacting at 3000 blows per minute break down the hardest of coatings.

Needle Scaling Gun

Porta Mix - Hippo

The Porta-Mix Hippo, a mobile mixing unit, can mix a 80kg (4 bag) batch quickly and produce an excellent mix consistency. The specially shaped bowl ensures that no pockets of unmixed product remain, and also makes cleaning out easy.

Scaling Hammers

Trelawny Scaling Hammers, in several distinct versions, are ideal tools to compliment our Needle Scalers in more demanding applications for surface preparation and coating removal. Heavy duty scabblers with one piece pistons have proven to be the choice for "fracturing" thicker, tough to remove materials. Three styles of cutter heads including Tungsten Carbide tipped cruciform, Tungsten Carbide tipped bush hammer and Beryllium Copper spark-resistant are available. The Trelawny Triple Scaler can even be converted to an in line configuration, for hard to reach areas, by simply exchanging the side handle for the main handle.
